About Joanna

WHAT I DO:  My professional career has spanned the creative marketing gambit, with much of my work focused on brand strategy, content management, and production for businesses, agencies, and NPOs. While I am proficient across content creation, my strength lies in shaping brand identity and leading creative teams to deliver against strategic goals. I excel at gathering, interpreting, and translating insights into campaigns that drive growth and visibility. I also enjoy contributing to every stage of the creative process—particularly branding, writing, and design—when it enhances the story and impact of the work.

Proficient in all major social media, analytics, and content management platforms, I have the certifications and technical skills necessary to manage any creative project you need. You can learn more about my skills by viewing my resume or LinkedIn.

WHERE I AM: I am currently freelancing following my tenure as Senior Marketing Manager at Autex Acoustics North America, where I led the U.S. marketing team in advancing sustainable design practices and driving brand growth. I am a member of AIGA, and most of my free time is spent indulging my personal interests in film & media analysis and cross-cultural communication, in addition to producing work for projects like the Angeles Recovery Collective.

MY INTERESTS: If you can't find me working, I am probably 1) out exploring LA or the mountains with friends; 2) sitting in the Alamo Drafthouse watching the latest critically acclaimed/foreign film before I write a review on it 3) trying (and likely overthinking) my time at the gym or 4) cuddling my feline children Nikolaj and Miso.
